Mrs. Wilma Irene McGee, 83, of Kewanna passed away at 1:37 AM, Sunday, October 21st, 2012 at Hickory Creek of Rochester. She was born in Hughes County, OK on September 3, 1929, to Fred and Elva Siple Nette. On May 27, 1948 Wilma and Harold Dean McGee were married in Athens. He preceded her in death in 1974. She had lived in the Fulton County community most of her life. Wilma retired from Hart Schaffner and Marx in 1993 after 33 years of service. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Rochester. Wilma will be lovingly remembered by her daughte Rebecca A Honkomp and husband John Wayne of Macy; two sons: Randall L McGee of Rochester and Roy D. McGee and wife Debbie of Nyona Lake; four grandchildren: Dominea Kae, Brandi Renea, Roy Alan, Natasha; two great grandchildren and another one to arrive soon; a sister, Harriett Owens of Rochester; and a brother Frederick Nette of GA. Nieces and nephews also survive. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter Evelyn M. Faulstich, and a sister Alice Slaybaugh. Interment will be in the Athens Cemetery. Private family services will be held in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St. Rochester. Interment will be in the Athens Cemetery.
