Mr. William Henry "Bill" Johnson, 80, of Rochester passed away at Life Care Center, Rochester at 12:15 a.m. on December 29, 2012. Bill was born on March 4, 1932. A dedicated employee of Fairmont Homes of Nappanee, Bill traveled for Fairmont as a repair technician troubleshooter. An outdoorsman, Bill enjoyed manicuring his yard, tinkering in the garage workshop and fishing. He and Sharon enjoyed sight seeing and traveling all over the United States. Paramount in Grandpa Bill's life were his two grandchildren. He loved keeping up with their school activities and adventures in life. Bill is lovingly remembered by his wife Sharon; a daughter Misty Johnson and her companion Chad Swango; two grandchildren, Joshua Swango and Ashli Swango, all of Rochester; and a sister Evelyn of Wisconsin. He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved strawberry blonde long-haired Chihuahua named Precious.
