Tiffany Lynn
Chambers
Mar 25, 1992 — Sep 24, 2023
Tiffany Lynn Chambers 31, of Rochester was surrounded by her family and friends when she passed away, at 12:57 PM, Sunday, September 24, 2023. This followed a valiant 12-month battle with liver failure.
On March 25, 1992, Tiffany Lynn Hartwell was born in Knox. She was the daughter of Samuel Tolson and Jenny Lynn Hartwell.
On September 27, 2012, in Knox, Tiffany married the love of her life and best friend Brian Chambers. They have shared 11 years of life's adventures. From their union came two handsome sons Gunner and Kannon.
In the early years Tiffany and Brian enjoyed the outdoors filled with great adventure. They kayaked on the waters of the Tippecanoe River putting in at Menominee and floating to homes of friends. They also enjoyed the sport of deer hunting with their crossbows. Paramount in her life was her family. There was nothing better than getting together at the holidays and special family celebrations. Tiffany's favorite role in life was being the mother of Gunner and Kannon. She never missed any of Gunner's school activities, concerts and or sports activities, being his number one cheerleader.
Left to cherish Tiffany's memory are her loving husband Brian; sons: Gunner Charles Chambers, 8 years old, and Kannon Brian Chambers, 3 years old, all at home; 2 sisters: Tesla Jenkins (Mark) of Utica, Ohio, Jaylan Hartwell of Plymouth; her mother, Jenny Hartwell White (Brian) of Plymouth; and grandmother Jewel Sayler of Logansport. Many extended family and friends also survive.
A life celebration honoring Tiffany is planned at a later date.
