Mr. Terry Jordan, 56, of Rochester, passed away
Sunday, July 16
, 2017 at his residence after an extended illness.
On
January 26
, 1961, Terry was born in Rochester to Clarence and Melrose Brown Jordan. Growing up he shared his childhood with four sisters and three brothers. With great Zebra pride Terry graduated from Rochester High School with his class in 1979.
With a strong work ethic, Terry was dependable and enjoyed working as a corporate courier. He also worked in Elkhart as a rail supervisor for K & B Transport. In earlier years Terry worked for Kroger's and Martin's Supermarkets. To relax he enjoyed attending area tractor pulls.
Terry will be lovingly remembered by four sisters: Flou Rane Jordan of Rochester, Joann Jordan of
Grand Junction, CO,
Ann Harris and husband Lenon,
Rachel Clark and husband Herb,
all
of Rochester;
three brothers: Lynn Jordan of Monterey, Glenn Jordan and wife LaVese of St. Charles, IL,
Marvin Jordan of Fort Wayne; and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding Terry in death are his parents.
A memorial service for Terry Jordan will be at 3:00 on
Saturday, July 29
, 2017
in the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, 1563 North State Road 25, Rochester.
Mr. Lenon Harris will officiate.
