Sue Ann Blanchard, 72, of Rochester passed away at 6:15 PM, Monday, May 15 , 2017 at Woodlawn Hospital.

On February 2 , 1945, Sue Ann was born to George H. and Dorothy M. Perdue Crissinger.  Sue graduated with the Class of 1964 from Rochester High School and later went to business college.

Sue and Jerry D. Blanchard were married on November 24 , 1979 in Rochester.  He passed away on November 16 , 2009.

Sue is  lovingly remembered by a daughter, Tammy Boetsma of Rochester;  two sons: Kairon "Kai" Korbel and companion Amber Kale of Rochester, and Scott Blanchard  of Paige, TX; 13 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; a sister, Nancy Hammond and husband Dallas of Lebanon; and a brother, Robert Burton of Beaufort, SC.

Preceding Sue in death are her parents; husband; daughter, Kimmy Corbin; son, Jerrold Dean Blanchard; stepson, Christopher Blanchard; sisters: Cathy Matillo, Mary Bringar, and Linda McGlothin; and a  brother, Charles Allan.

A celebration of the life of Sue Ann Blanchard will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 18 , 2017 in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18th St., Rochester. Friends may visit with the family one hour prior to the service.
