Sandra "Sandi" Lee O'Blenis, age 77, of Rochester, Indiana, passed away on January 10, 2026. She was born on May 22, 1948, in Niles, Michigan, the daughter of Edith L. (Arnold) DeMorrow and Jack R. DeMorrow.

On March 28, 1977, Sandi married Timothy L. O'Blenis, and together they built a life filled with love and family. She is survived by her daughters Karen O'Blenis (Cory Hawkins) of Walkerton, Indiana, and Jennifer O'Blenis of Mishawaka, Indiana; her siblings David (Cheryl) DeMorrow of Hartford, Michigan, Karen "Suzee" Dugdale of Bloomington, Indiana, and George DeMorrow of Niles, Michigan; and several loved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother-in-law, David Dugdale.

Sandi worked for many years in Winamac, Indiana, in the solid waste manufacturing industry, first with Galbreath, Inc. and later with Galfab, Inc. As Production and Planning Manager, she was never intimidated by learning something new—even teaching herself computer-aided drafting. She took pride in a job well done and was admired for her organization, determination, and skill.

Those who knew Sandi understood that beneath her strong exterior was a heart full of generosity and love. She was delighted in playing "Fairy Godmother" to her beloved Alyssa Jenkins and became "Sandi-Clause" during the holidays, bringing joy to those she cared about. In her younger years, Sandi was known for her beautiful rose and flower gardens, which she tended with pride and care. Her kindness, humor, and unwavering support will be deeply missed.

A celebration of the life of Sandi O'Blenis will be at 12-Noon on Saturday, January 24, 2026, in the Good family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18th Street, Rochester.  Her family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until the time of her service.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Fulton County Animal Adoption & Education Center, 1540 Wentzel Street, Rochester, IN  46975.
