Obituary

Robin  R. Luce, 45, passed away at 7:17 PM on September 10 , 2021 at her home. This followed a sudden illness.

On March 16 , 1976, Robin Renee' Luce was born in Wayne, Michigan.  She was the treasured daughter of Steven M. and Wendy Sexton Luce.  Robin was a proud 1994 graduate of Bremen High School.   She continued her education at Davenport Business College, South Bend where she earned her associates degree in business.
For nearly a decade Robin served the Gas America Corporation as district manager overseeing the management and success of 10 locations.  She most recently worked for Work One as an employment counselor.  Her trademark "Happy Dance," was shared when one of her clients was hired for a job they pursued.
Each autumn brought on Notre Dame football games and Robin faithfully followed the team dressed in kelly green and gold.  She also took great joy in watching the NASCAR circuit, cheering for Bobby Labonte driving car # 18.  She loved bowling with Brian, but would challenge her Dad to an occasional game, finally beating him the last time they played.
A Harry Potter fan, Robin was the proud owner of many unique pieces.  She also loved planting flowers around her home to add color to the landscape.  Robin loved all animals but had a soft heart for her feline companions Gibbs, Daytona and Bristol.   Robin's greatest love was for her daughter Hannah and her family.  She loved getting together for the holidays and special family celebrations, making memories.
Left to cherish Robin's memory are her daughter, Hannah Nicole Luce of Rochester; her father Steven Luce and life partner Christine Doby of Farmington, Michigan; step-Dad John Kinne of Plymouth; her blended family, a sister, Michelle Luce and brother Dustin Reese; life-long friends: Brian Nicodemus, Aimee Hammer Stewart and husband James, Jen and Mike Becker; and her feline companions Gibbs, Bristol and Daytona.
Preceding Robin in death are her mother, Wendy Kinne in 2008, and a blended brother, Wesley Reese in 2002.

A celebration of the life of Robin Renee Luce will be at 11:00 AM Friday, September 17 , 2021, in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18th Street, Rochester, Indiana.  Chaplain Todd Wilson will officiate.  Robin's family will receive friends on Thursday, September 16 , 2021 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM and an hour prior to her services on Friday .  Memorials may be made to the Fulton County Animal Adoption and Education Center  1540 Wentzel Street, Rochester, IN  46975.
