Patty Lou Huff, 62, of Rochester, passed away at 7:17 PM, Saturday, May 2, 2015, at Woodlawn Hospital. On July 21, 1952, Patty was born in Niles, Michigan to Russell Harold and Velma Jean Yard Hecht. Many will remember Patty's smile while serving them at the Main Street Tavern or the Streamliner. She also worked at Rochester Homes. Betty Boop and Patty had a special friendship, as Patty collected anything Betty Boop. Patty was fun, loving, and outgoing, always thinking of others. Patty and Daniel R. Huff were married on April 3, 1982 in Rochester. They shared 33 years of life's adventures. Patty is lovingly remembered by her husband, Daniel; a daughter, Kimberly Dawn Hecht and fiance Dustin Mathias of Rochester; four grandchildren: Angel Nicole Shepherd, Anthony D. Moyer, Andrew Lee Floyd, Harley R. Hecht; 10 great grandchildren; six sisters: Sandy Cauffman and companion Harry Watson, Carol Casey and husband Norman, Connie Swick and husband Tom, Jenny Williams, Tina Malott and husband Roscoe, Sara Lee Thompson and husband Barry; four brothers: Bill Hecht and wife Juanita, Allen Hecht and wife Tammy, Rusty Hecht and Brian Hecht; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding Patty in death are her parents, a brother Larry Hecht, and a great granddaughter Hayven Hecht. Chaplain Jason See will officiate services.
