Patricia Ryan Proudy, 62, of Rochester and formerly of Stockbridge, Massachusetts, passed away at 10:48 PM on Thursday, March 23 , 2023 at Lutheran Hospital of Fort Wayne.

On November 23 , 1960, Patricia was born in Norwood, Massachusetts.  She was the treasured daughter of Charles Edward and Carey Denise Leonard Ryan.  With great Warrior pride, she graduated from King Phillip Regional High School with the Class of 1978 in Wrentham, MS. To further her education, Patricia graduated Cum Laude from Rhode Island College in Providence, RI with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and English. Patricia also acquired additional education in the area of management training with expertise in Total Quality Management, Experiential Learning and Team Building.

Patricia loved to experience fine foods and fine dining. As a restaurateur and caterer, she owned an eatery in the Hancock Shaker Village Museum in Hancock, MS.  More recently, Patricia was an accomplished account executive for Yellow Book in sales for the advertising department.

As a sports enthusiast, Patricia was a fan of the New England Patriots and the Boston Red Sox.  Watching Dr. Phil was on her daily schedule to keep up with trending topics. Being an avid reader, she enjoyed reading biographies.

With a diverse appetite for music Steven and Patricia looked forward to the Summer Concert Series at Tanglewood.  They enjoyed music by the Boston Symphony, Jazz Fest and other artists.  They also looked forward to spending the day at Rhode Island's Misquamicut State Beach t aking walks and enjoying the warmth of the sun .

Left to cherish Patricia's memory is her companion of 15 years Steven Wonders of Rochester; daughter Katherine Proudy; her Indiana family: Lois Wonders, Lori Roberts and Nancy Ramsey and husband Mark; and her feline companions, the Maine Coons:  Kami a Tuxedo and Rey a Tabby.

Preceding Patricia in death are her parents Charles and Carey Ryan, infant daughter Helen Elisabeth, brother Tim Ryan and Champ, the Golden Retriever.
