Former Macy resident, Mary M. Glasford, 80,  passed away at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, February 20 , 2019 at Golden Living Center of Kokomo.

In Idaville, Mary  Margaret Geisler was born on February 18 , 1939.   She was a treasured daughter of Chester and Mable Cochran Geisler. Growing up she shared her childhood with two sisters and a brother.  Mary was a proud member of the Kewanna  High School class of 1957.

On August 27 , 1974,  Mary and Willis  "Willie" Glasford were married  in Macy. They shared 17 years of life's adventures.  Sadly Willie passed away on January 15 , 1991.

As a homemaker, Mary cherished the time shared with her family.  For 17 years she worked at Heckathorn's Country Inn. She attended the Ebenezer Church.

Mary will be lovingly remembered by her four sons: Randy Hines and wife Annette of Kokomo, Jim Hines and wife Angie of Peru, Roger Hines and wife Vicky of Rochester, Robert Hines of Twelve Mile; eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; two sisters: Leona Talbott of Mansfield Ohio, and Marjorie Davis and husband Larry of Muscoda, Wisconsin; a brother, Larry Geisler and wife Geneta of Little Rock, Arkansas; and several nieces and nephews.  Preceding Mary in death are her parents and husband.

There will be no public services per Mary's wishes.  Interment will be in the Ebenezer Cemetery.
