She was fortunate enough to live independently in her own home until her death, and got great pleasure from her vegetable garden, which she maintained through her final year. Willie is survived by her son (Phillip Ginther of Salem, OR), her daughter (Beverly Miller of LaCenter, WA), two sisters (Bernice Hartz of Leiters Ford, and Dorothy Talbott of Monterey,) and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Albert F. Ginther and her oldest son, Frederick J. Ginther of Muncie.
