Lynnette A.

Jul 2, 1941 — Jul 29, 2020
Lynnette A. Wiser, 79, of Macy (Perrysburg) passed away unexpectedly at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, July 29 , 2020 at her home.
On July 2 , 1941, Lynnette A. DeRose was born in Chicago, IL to Fred and Clara Ann Gabel DeRose. Growing up as one of the four DeRose children she shared her childhood with two brothers Alan and Gerald and a sister Rannetta.
In Crown Point, Lynnette and Raymond L. Wiser were married on May 10 , 1958. They shared 43 years of life's adventures. From their union came 11 wonderful children. The family tree continued to grow with the added blessings of three more generations.
After raising her children, Lynette embraced the work force settling in with Rochester's Walmart when it opened in December 1990 . With a strong work ethic she continued to work for nearly three decades. Dedicated to customer service, many will remember her warm smile and helpful demeanor in the craft department.
A talented crafter, Lynnette enjoyed painting spiritual statutes. She created gifts of warmth making blankets for her grandchildren. She also made many of them custom Halloween costumes. Planting flowers around the landscape added color to her gardens. She was especially proud of the enormous, 177 year old stately Oak tree that continues to grow and thrive and provide shade just outside her front door.
Left to cherish Lynnette's memory are eight daughters: Carletta Simmers and husband Robert of Mt. Pleasant, PA, Catherine Stanley, Cheryl Darnell and husband Marlin all of Portage, Mary Ritter and husband Richard of Rochester, Alice Tate of St. Louis, MO, Rebecca Bell of Chicago, IL, Christine Hammer and husband Larry, Angelena Bates; three sons: Micheal Wiser and wife Joann of Rochester, Robert Wiser of Macy, Raymond Wiser Jr. and wife Cybil of Wabash; 22 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sister, Rannetta Freel of Spring Green, WI; brother, Alan DeRose of Dalton, WI; several nieces and nephews; her feline companion, Freckles; two canine companions: Blue-Bell "Boo Boo" the Red Tick Coonhound and Poppea, her black and white English Springer Spaniel.
