Mr. Larry L. Sutton, 66, of Akron, passed away Monday, July 31 , 2017 at his residence.

On February 18 , 1951, Larry Lee Sutton was born.  He was the treasured son of  Irvin G. and Marjorie M. Nicodemus Sutton.  He was a lifetime resident of the Akron community and was well known for his abilities as a mechanic.  Larry also enjoyed his passion of agriculture as a farmer.

Left to cherish his memory are children: Mary Kovel of AZ, Ralph Kovel of MI, and Terry Kovel of FL; an aunt, Mary Day of Roann; close friend David Hill, who was like a son;  special neighbors Allen Smith and Brian Abbott; and his cherished canine companion Sammy, the yellow Lab.

Preceding Larry in death are his parents.

Public graveside services for Larry Lee Sutton will be  at  10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 8 , 2017,  in the Athens- Hoover Cemetery.  Pastor Kyle Schnitz will officiate.
