Kenneth Fredderick Maisel, Sr., 67 of Gary and Kissimmee, FL passed away at 12:40 PM, on Friday, December 9 , 2016 at Logansport Memorial Hospital.

Kenneth was born in Gary on June 8 , 1949, to Paul and Mary Kay Kokotovich Maisel.

As a metal fabricator, Kenneth built military simulators for the US government and was a boilermaker with US Steel of Gary.

Left to cherish Kenny's memory are by five sons: Terry Sutherland and wife Pamela of Indianapolis, Dustin Maisel and wife Mary of Twelve Mile, Kenneth Maisel JR and companion Heather Quinn of Indianapolis, Jason Maisel, of Twelve Mile, Michael Maisel and wife Patti of St. Cloud, Fl; a sister, Kathy Winkle and husband Larry of McKinney, TX;  two brothers: Kerry Maisel, of Merrillville, and Kim Maisel and wife Dana of Bethany, IL; 12 grandchildren; one great grandson and several nieces and nephews  Preceding Kenny in death are his parents and beloved wife Joanne in 1993.

A celebration of the life of Kenneth F. Maisel will be at 3:00 PM Saturday , December 10, 2016 in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 W. 18th St. Rochester. Friends may visit with the family from 1-3 PM on Saturday in the funeral home.

Interment will be at Osceola Memorial Gardens of Kissimmee, FL.
