Mr. Kenneth Guy "Kenny" Heishman, 61, of Rochester passed away at 2:20 AM, Friday, May 9th, at St. Vincent Hospice House, Indianapolis. On April 22, 1953, Kenny was born in Rochester to Guy Jr. and Evelyn L. Shaver Heishman. Growing up as one of four sons he shared his childhood with Steve, Gary and Mark. In May of 1972, with great Zebra pride, Kenny graduated with his class from Rochester High School. Following their high school years, Deb Bryant and Kenny were married for 20 years. Together they raised a daughter Darci, and three sons: Brandon, and the twins Trevor and Travis. Most recently, Kenny worked at Dean's foods in the production of cottage cheese. Many will remember him as being a great concrete finisher for a number of years. He enjoyed a stint working at Disney World in Orlando. Kenny was a member of the Eagles Lodge and the Leroy Shelton American Legion Post #36. As an American sportsman, the Tippecanoe River was Kenny's second home. He enjoyed the river nearly all seasons, whether it was fishing or floating with friends or traipsing along the banks in search of mushrooms, Kenny enjoyed all the adventures the Tippecanoe could provide. He possessed an uncanny ability to locate large messes of mushrooms that he shared with family and special friends. As hunting seasons began, Kenny enjoyed hunting all game, water fowl, squirrels pheasants and deer. To kick back and relax, Kenny enjoyed watching James Bond movies with his devoted canine companion, Izzy, the black and white rat terrier at his side. He was a regular at the Eagles seated at the card table with his buddies playing spirited games of Pedro or Euchre. Left to cherish Kenny's memory are a daughter, Darci Ogle and husband Kevin of Rochester; three sons: Brandon Heishman of Rochester, twins Trevor Heishman and wife Tia of Deedsville, Travis Heishman and wife Angie of Rochester; eight grandchildren: LeeAnn Ogle, Kenna Ogle, Avery Heishman, Dalton Heishman, Rilya Heishman, Kaden Heishman, Drake Heishman, Isaac Heishman; mother-in-law Barb Bryant of Rochester; 3 brothers: Steve R.
