JUDGE REINHARDT "RICK" KORTE passed away in at St. Vincent's Hospital, Indianapolis on
November 11
, 2016. He was a member of the U.S. Army, serving in the Vietnam War, Chief Administrative Law Judge for the State of Illinois and a Federal Administrative Law Judge.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Julie Zellers Korte; two daughters, Katie Baio and husband Frank and Sara Korte, and a loving grandson.
A celebration of the life of Judge Rick Korte will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 15 at Good Family Funeral Home 1200 West 18th Street Rochester. Friends will be received an hour prior to his service. Pastor Kerry O'Brien will officiate. Military rites will be accorded by the Fulton County Veteran's Honor Guard and the U.S. Army Honor's Team. A private family burial will take place in Rochester's IOOF Cemetery.
