Jo Anne Coplen, 79, of Plymouth passed away on August 13, 2025, at 6:46 PM, at Mishawaka's Raclin House at Center for Hospice Care.  She was surrounded by her loving family.

On July 13, 1946, Jo Anne Lowry was born in Warsaw, IN.  JoAnne and her twin sister Juile were born to Richard and Pauline (Shively) Lowry.  Jo Anne graduated from Warsaw Community High School with the class of 1965.

At the First United Methodist Church in Warsaw, Jo Anne married the love of her life Dave Coplen on June 27, 1965.  They enjoyed over 60 years of life's adventures together.  JoAnne and Dave enjoyed watching Chicago Cubs baseball, Notre Dame Football and IU basketball.

Jo Anne is lovingly remembered by her husband Dave of Plymouth; daughter Laura Vrydaghs (Tom) of McCordsville; daughter Kelly Hobson (Jeromy) of Elkhart; and son Eric Coplen (Amanda) of Bremen; grandchildren: Andrea Vrydaghs, Caleb Vrydaghs, Emaryncia Coplen, Asa Coplen, and Jeromy Hobson; and her twin sister, Julie Clingenpeel (Larry) of Warsaw.

Preceding Jo Anne in death are her parents Richard and Pauline Lowry.

A celebration of life will be announced at a future date.   Burial will follow in the Reichter Cemetery northeast of Rochester.
