Mr. Jerry A. Wogomon, 62, of Rochester, passed away at 1:15 PM Sunday, June 24 , 2018 at St. Vincents Hospital of Indianapolis.

In Plymouth, on November 14 , 1955, Jerry Allen Wogomon was born to Emery Robert and Ruth Arlene Galbreath Wogomon.

Jerry and Charlene Yates Wogomon were married June 17 , 1994 in Tippecanoe. They shared  21 years of life's adventures. Sadly, she passed away on April 8 , 2015.

When football season arrived, Jerry was always tuned in, cheering wildly for the Indianapolis Colts .  He also owned a unique collection of eagles and wolves.

A true American sportsman, Jerry was the proud owner of many champion hunting coon dogs, among them was his constant companion grand-champion, "Buddy."   He also enjoyed fishing around local ponds, lakes and the Tippecanoe River.  He taught these skills to all of his children, making many great memories.

Jerry is survived by two daughters: Adina Keckler and companion Michael Kneece Jr., Tirzah McCloud-Garrett and husband Clarence all of Rochester; two sons: Shawn Keckler of Rochester, Bruce Larimore of Plymouth; six grandchildren: Joshua, Shaylea, Jezreel, Clarence, Jazmin, Jaser; two step brothers: Lance Murphy and wife Lisa, Wes Murphy both of New York;  an aunt, Cheryl James of Florida; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding Jerry in death are his parents, wife and three brothers: Donald and Roy and infant Robert Daniel.

A celebration of the life of Jerry Allen Wogomon will be at 10:00 AM, Monday, July 2 , 2018 in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18 ^th St., Rochester with Chaplain Jason See officiating.  Friends may visit with the family from 4-7 PM on Sunday and one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.  Interment will be in the Rochester IOOF.
