Mrs. Janet Lee Andrews, 74, of Rochester passed away at 5:15 PM, Sunday, May 15 , 2016 at Woodlawn Hospital.

On September 8 , 1941, Janet was born in Rochester.  She was a cherished daughter of  Leonard and Marjorie  Moore  Woodcox.  Growing up she shared her childhood with two sisters.

Janet and Jerry Lee Andrews were married on March 18 , 1958 in Rochester. They have shared 58 years of life's adventures. From their union came four wonderful children a daughter and three sons.  The family tree continued to grow with the added blessings of two more generations.

With great pride Janet loved working in her yard, taking meticulous care of the lawn and flower gardens.  Each spring she planted flowers to enhance the beauty of the landscape.  To relax she enjoyed playing bingo and snaring the bargain of the day at a garage sale.

Janet is lovingly remembered by her husband Jerry; a daughter, Cindy Coffing and husband Brent of Rochester; three sons: Robert Andrews and wife Stacy of Mentone, David Andrews and wife Amy of Rochester, William Andrews of Rochester; nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; a sister, Pat Conley of Rochester; and several nieces and nephews. Preceding Janet in death are her parents and a sister, Joan Cunningham.

A graveside service for Janet Lee Andrews will be at 1:30, Tuesday, May 17 , 2016 at the Rochester IOOF Cemetery. Pastor Martin Furrow will officiate. Memorials may be made to Matthew's Market, 301 Main St., Rochester, IN 46975
