Mr. Harold "Chip" Howard II, 31, of Rochester, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 4th, 2013 at his residence. He was born in Columbia City on February 5, 1981, to Harold and Alice Mae Steidel Howard. Chip was a resident of Rochester his entire life. Tinkering with anything he could get his hands on was his favorite past time. He also had an interest in guns and computers. Chip will be lovingly remembered by his 2 sisters, Carla R. Lester of Rochester, Heaven Shaffer of Angola; a brother, Chris Howard; his fiancé Shelby Lynn Howard; a son Jackson Carl Howard; a niece Rebecca Anne Carr; grandmother Irene Howard; aunt Ruby Howard; uncle Clayton Howard; all of Rochester and his canine companion Buhhda. He was preceded in death by his parents. Private Family Services will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Good Family Funeral Home of Rochester.
