Mrs. Hannah Jane Nolen, 63, of Rochester, passed away at 1:20 AM on Tuesday, May 14 , 2019 at Hickory Creek of Winamac.

On June 9 , 1955, Hannah Jane Mitchell was born in Fulton County.  She was a cherished daughter of  Adolph and Miriam Alice Dersham Mitchell.  Growing up she shared her childhood with a sister Priscilla.  As a proud Flyer, Hannah graduated from Akron High School in 1974.

In Akron, Hannah married the love of her life, Mr. Jack L.  Nolen  on November 12 , 1976. They have shared nearly 43 years.  From their union came two handsome sons Travis and Trent.  The family tree continued to grow with the added blessings of eight grandchildren.

Many will remember seeing Hannah at the deli department of the Scott's Food Store.  After their closing she worked in the dietary department of Life Care Center of Rochester.  Most recently, she and Jack enjoyed lunch and seeing their friends at the Senior Center in Rochester.

Left to cherish Hannah's memory  are her husband, Jack; son, Trent L. Nolen and wife Courtney of Rochester; eight grandchildren: Alyssa, Alexis, Drue, Daphne, Anna, Layla, Lily and Travis.

Preceding Hannah in death are her parents Adolph and Miriam Mitchell, beloved son Travis Nolen on June 12 , 2005 and sister Priscilla Slone in 2016.

A private family celebration and burial has taken place  in the Rochester IOOF Cemetery.  The Good Family Funeral Home is entrusted with arrangements and caring for her family.
