Obituary

Glen H. Bartlett, 86, of Macy passed away at 2:23 PM on Tuesday, December 28 , 2021 at Life Care Center of Rochester.

On September 10 , 1935, Glen was born in the town of Birmingham in Miami County to Maurice and Mary Lucille Robins Bartlett. He graduated with the class of 1953 from Macy High School. Growing up he shared his childhood with a sister and four brothers.

Glen and Donna Alspach were married and from their union came a son, Tony. Later Glen married Sharon Black.

As a plant superintendent, Glen worked for United Technology for nearly four decades. His memberships include the Macy Christian Church and the Masonic Lodge #79.

Left to cherish Glen's memory are his wife Sharon and her daughters Brenda and Tracy of Peru, son Tony Bartlett and wife Cindy of Churubusco, grandson, Jacob E. Bartlett and wife Andrea and their son TY Bartlett; granddaughter Antonia Spring Fisher and husband Wade and their children, Astella Fisher, Hawk Fisher, Falon Fisher; brother, Jim Bartlett and wife Viki of Rochester and numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding Glen in death are his parents, three Bartlett brothers, Wilden, Byron and John.

A celebration of the life of Glen H. Bartlett will be at 11:00 AM  on Wednesday, January 5 , 2021 in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18th St., Rochester. Pastor David Welsh will officiate. Friends may visit with the family from 5-7 PM on Tuesday, January 4 , 2021 and one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. A Masonic Lodge # 79 Memorial service will be at 7:00 PM on Tuesday .  Interment will be in the Plainview Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the Macy Christian Church, 109 East Commerce St., Macy, IN 46951.
