Gladys H. Stahl Arbuckle, 72, of Rochester passed away at 10:05 PM on Tuesday, March 15 , 2022 at Woodlawn Hospital of Rochester.

On April 2 , 1949, Gladys Hope was born in Kankakee, IL to Everette and Thelma  Brouette Mills.

Gladys and Charles L. Stahl were married on April 10 , 1965 in Kankakee. He passed away on October 19 , 2000.  On August 2 , 2002, Gladys married Larry E. Arbuckle, sadly he passed away on October 10 , 2014.

As a molder, Gladys worked at NISCO for 20 years. Listening to country music was a great way to relax. Her favorite artists were Anne Murray, Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton and Elvis. Playing solitaire and doing word search puzzles kept her mind sharp.  She had a unique collection of angels and dolls.  With her talent of sewing and crocheting, she made doll clothing.

Left to cherish the memories of Gladys are a daughter, Tammy Clapper and husband Ron Sr. of Rochester; eight grandchildren: Ronald Clapper Jr. and wife Bianca, Timothy Clapper, Kayla Jordan and husband Johnny, Kyle Clapper and wife Cindy, Gretchen Jones, Gwen Laurie and husband Kevin, Uriah Milner and fiancé Brianna, Paige Robinson and husband Will; eleven great grandchildren: Braxton, Jessie, Judith, Mason, Sophia, Alyssa, Grayson, Wyatt, Dalton, Ava, Memphis; numerous nieces and nephews; and feline companions, Bella a buff color and a calico mix Baby girl.

Preceding Gladys in death are her parents; husband; daughter, Debra J. Stahl; son Jeffery Allan Stahl; two sisters: Rosalie Cooper, Violet Wilson; and three Mills brothers: Arthur, Furman and Everette Jr.

A celebration of the life of Gladys Arbuckle will be at 1:00 PM on Wednesday,  March  23 , 2022 in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18 ^th St., Rochester. Friends may visit with the family two hours prior to the service in the funeral home.

Interment will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery of Argos.
