Cynthia S. Tetrick, 66, of Rochester, formerly of Elkhart, passed away at 4:30 AM, on Thursday, January 30, 2025 at Life Care Center of Rochester.

On May 9, 1958, Cynthia Sue was born in Bluffton to John Sylvester Sr. and Garnet Elizabeth Williams Tetrick. Growing up she shared her childhood with two sisters and a brother. After high school, she continued her education at Huntington College and earned a degree in accounting.

Over the years, she used her accounting skills at Grant's Department Stores.

Left to cherish the memories of Cynthia are a sister, Debra Freeman and husband Wes and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding Cynthia in death are her parents, sister, Lieu Anna Morrows, brother Dr. John Sylvester Tetrick, Jr.

Private family service will be held.  Interment will be in the Star of Hope Cemetery in Huntington.
