Mr. Charles Hall, 70, passed away at 4:30 AM on Tuesday, September 28 , 2021 at his residence.

On April 30 , 1951, Charles was born in Kokomo to George Robert and Mary Arlene Quick Hall. Growing up he shared his childhood with two sisters and two brothers. As a Wildcat, he proudly graduated with the class of 1969 from Kokomo High School.

In 2005, Charles retired from the Delco/Delphi Corporation after 34 dedicated years of service.    This allowed him time to pursue some of his favorite hobbies like painting model airplanes and taking fishing trips to Canada.  At home he liked gardening and watching the birds.  He was the director of Reformers Unanimous Institute, always ready to help others.

As an accomplished ham radio operator, Charles handle was KA9PYZ, but had recently changed it to K9DCC.   With a love for technology used 3-D Printers to make custom models. Charles also loved photography with birds and fish as his subjects.    His favorite subject was his   children and grandchildren.  Many times Charles could be seen with his drone in flight photographing a unique perspective.

Left to cherish the memories of Charles are five children: Stephen Hall, Emily Hall, Andrew Hall, Laura Runkle and husband Gregory, Rachel Mahan, all of Macy; twelve grandchildren: Brianna Hall, Alexendria Runkle, Abigail Runkle, Johnathan Runkle, Andrew Runkle, Nathanial Runkle, Ethan Runkle, Gabriel Runkle, Micah Runkle, Luka Runkle, Aubrey Runkle, Chloe Mahan; two sisters, Rae Alley and husband Jim of Kokomo, Sue Ann Westby of Tuscon AZ; a brother, Ron Hall and wife Anita of Lake City, FL; his former wife and mother of his children Cheryl Wallace;  as well as several nieces and nephews.

Preceding Charles in death are his parents and a brother Fred Hall.

A celebration of the life of Charles Hall will be at  10:00 AM on Wednesday, October 6 , 2021  in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18 ^th St. Rochester. Pastor Jerry Pitman will officiate. Friends may visit with the family from 5-7 PM on Tuesday and one hour prior to the service in the funeral home.  Interment will be in the Five Corners Cemetery.
