Adam C.  McDaniels, 17, of Rochester passed away at 1:04 AM on Sunday, July 28, 2024 as a result of a motor vehicle accident.

On February 23, 2007, Adam Charles was born in Port Saint Lucie, FL to Joseph Charles and Michelle Cummings McDaniels.  Moving to Fulton County from Ft. Pierce, FL, on December 6, 2021, Adam made Rochester his home.  Adam was able to graduate a year early from Rochester High School with the Class of 2024. He was preparing to continue his education at a trade school to learn the dynamics of mechanics.

As a crew member of our local Burger King, Adam worked 40 + hours weekly. He had many friends.  Playing basketball, gaming on the X-Box and enjoying the outdoors were his favorite past times.

Left to cherish  Adam's memory are his father Joe McDaniels and companion Tabetha Horton of Rochester; mother, Michelle McDaniels and fiancé Joseph Humphries of Spartanburg, South Carolina; two sisters: Anabelle McDaniels of Spartanburg, Annarae Ames and husband Hunter of Francesville; three brothers: Alexander Tellez of South Carolina, Bryce Kimberly of Medaryville, Caden Horton of Rochester; maternal grandparents, Tammy and Hugh Joseph Cummings; paternal grandmother, Kelly-Ann Meyers; bonus dad, Craig Tellez; bonus grandmother, Laurie Martin; bonus grandfather, David Tellez; aunts: Jennifer Houle, Anna Cummings, Tawni Cummings, Rita Scott, Dawn Meyers; uncles: Randy Cummings, Josh Costas, Daniel Houle, Anthony Ledford Allen Scott, and Dave Wesley; two nieces, Renee Rose Ames and Ruby Elizabeth Kimberly; and cousins: Marie Costas, Ellis and Leilani Houle, Deseraie Bradshaw, Jordan Tellez, London Tellez, Brooklyn Escort, Mason Escort Jazmine and E.J Baerga , Timothy and Mathew Wesley.

A celebration of the life of Adam Charles McDaniels will be at 1:00 PM  on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 in the Good Family Funeral Home, 1200 West 18th St. Rochester. Friends may visit with the family from 11-1 on Tuesday in the funeral home.
